Jean Charles de Castelbajac London Flagship Store
The imminent arrival of French designer Jean Charles de Castelbajac in London, via the opening of his UK flagship store on Conduit Street, has the fashion pack abuzz - and VOGUE.COM has had an exclusive preview of the store's centerpiece: a Rubik's Cube till. Designed by Castelbajac and architect Christian Ghion, the installation is the only one of its kind in the world. Its retro cool will doubtlessly prove the perfect backdrop for the designer's signature witty-yet-wearable creations - the store will house his fashion collections, luggage, sunglasses, shoes, headwear and stationary when it opens (with a glittering launch party to toast the man himself, naturally), on June 5.
